Shipping Info Issue
Thanks for your order. We are sorry for the shipping problem. You will receive a shipping confirmation after your order shipped. The package is on the shipping way. But you will not be able to track it and when you track it the system will tell you that status update is not yet available on your package. The reason that you could not be able to track your order, and the shipping system show that label created, not in system is due to COVID-19, the shipping information will update after the package arrive at local post office. This usually need 10-15 days you could track it during this special period. So please wait for a few days to track here https://www.usps.com/ or https://www.17track.net/en.
In our experience, you could receive your order within 9-19 working days after it has been shipped, but due to COVID-19, your order will be delayed 3-7 days. Finally, please do not worry, we are legal and real company, we also indeed shipped your order.
We would like to remind and reassure our amazing girl gang that we are still open and operating as usual. All orders will continue to be packed and shipped with the greatest care for your health and safety. All freight and logistics are running with delay 3-7 days. We have also extended our returns period to 30 days to give you a bit more time to get to the post office.
